1.1This Policy sets out how personal data of users of appstream.kz (the “Site”) is collected, processed and protected.
1.2The personal data operator is AppStream LLP, BIN 220940030792, address: office 2813, 28th floor, Block A, Emerald Tower, 10 D. Kunayev St, Astana, Republic of Kazakhstan.
1.3This Policy has been drawn up in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On Personal Data and Their Protection” and other regulations of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
1.4By using the Site and submitting forms, the user confirms that they have read this Policy and consent to the processing of their personal data on its terms.

2.1Data you provide yourself: name, company name, job title, phone number, email address, task description and details of your current systems.
2.2Technical data: IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, date and time of visit, cookies.
2.3We do not collect special categories of personal data and do not ask you to provide them in forms.

3.1Processing requests and inquiries, preparing commercial proposals and consultations.
3.2Contacting you about your project, concluding and performing contracts.
3.3Improving the Site and analyzing traffic in anonymized form.
3.4Compliance with the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4.1Personal data is processed on the basis of the data subject’s consent, given when submitting a form on the Site, and in other cases provided for by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
4.2Consent remains valid until the purposes of processing are achieved or until it is withdrawn by the data subject.

5.1Personal data is stored in a database located in the Republic of Kazakhstan.
5.2The retention period is 1 (one) year from the last contact, unless a longer period is required by contract or law. After this period, the data is destroyed.
5.3We apply legal, organizational and technical safeguards: access restrictions, encrypted transmission channels, activity logging and backups.
5.4Only employees who need access to perform their duties can access the data.

6.1We do not sell or disclose personal data to third parties, except as provided for by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan or with your consent.
6.2Data may be processed by contractors that operate the Site and hosting, under a contract and subject to confidentiality.
6.3Cross-border transfer of personal data is carried out only in compliance with the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

8.2To demand that personal data be corrected and supplemented, blocked or destroyed.
